📋 Description
• Customer service on social media platforms; • Developing a professional approach to interacting with customers and providing support; • Developing writing techniques for social media; • Preparation to handle the routine of an intelligence/insights agency and crisis situations; • Preparation of strategic reports.
🎯 Requirements
• This position is exclusive for people with disabilities (PWD); applicants must have a CID code that falls under Law No. 8.213/91 (which defines disability under Brazilian law), and an up-to-date medical report; • Students in semesters 2 through 6 of undergraduate programs in: Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, and related communication fields; • Availability to intern 6 hours per day; • Home office setup (reliable workspace for remote work).
