📋 Description
• Respond to consumers on social media • Develop a professional approach to client relations and customer support • Develop social media writing techniques • Prepare to handle the routine of an intelligence agency and crisis situations • Produce strategic reports • Participate in the projects team, contributing to Elife's projects and initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Students in their 2nd to 6th semester of university • Degree programs in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related communication fields • Availability to intern 6 hours per day • Home office setup • Enrolled in a bachelor's or technologist program • Good written communication • Text interpretation • Organization • Logical reasoning • Creativity • Prompt writing • Knowledge of data, technology, social media, artificial intelligence, and digital communication • Data-oriented analytical profile • Portuguese language proficiency
