• Assist with various administrative tasks, tenant communications, property listings, and maintenance coordination, ensuring smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction • Assist with lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), sales reporting, and administrative tasks to drive sales growth and efficiency • Help improve the efficiency and productivity of back-office functions, including data entry, document management, and customer support • Assist with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, market research, and analytics tracking to strengthen brand presence and support marketing initiatives • Manage schedules, communications, and documents, assist with travel planning, support project coordination, and handle a range of administrative tasks • Maintain accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations
• Experience in Australian Real Estate is highly desirable • Alternatively, a strong background in property management, sales support, client communication, or listing coordination will be considered an advantage • Ensure you have the necessary equipment and tools for smooth workflow • Reliable internet connection (at least 50mbps) • Suitable hardware including a computer or laptop, webcam, microphone, and headset • Collaboration tools such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and project management tools
