📋 Description

• Turn creative briefs containing an angle, hook, product, and/or reference ad into finished ads • Produce a weekly target of new concepts and hook variations • Edit creator UGC, product shots, and gallery images • Create ads using AI presenters, generated scenes, and synthetic voices • Monitor spend, hook rate, CPA, and ROAS for each ad • Iterate on ads that perform and discontinue ads that underperform • Work alongside the company's creative generation tool • Identify issues with generated output and provide feedback to the team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years cutting direct response ads for Meta • Regular use of at least two of: Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, ElevenLabs • Opinion on which AI video generation tool is best for different use cases • Premiere or DaVinci proficiency at speed • CapCut experience for trend formats • Ability to write native-sounding English copy for US shoppers • Ability to write hooks, captions, and scripts from an angle-only brief • Availability for 4 hours per day overlapping with UK time • EU timezone • Links to work rather than a CV
