📋 Description

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans/reviews, and complete clinical documentation according to company policy. • Maintain a minimum caseload • Provide clinical interventions focusing on the reduction of symptoms and increasing the individual’s ability to perform activities of daily living. • Deliver excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community. • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients accomplish therapeutic goals. • Collaborate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and applicable site staff as needed. • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. • Communicate and work with clients/other staff in a manner that demonstrates knowledge of cultural diversities. • Practice ethical conduct in all clinical and professional activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD FL and CA licenses • Current NPI number • Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred but not required • Must maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License and be insurable under Ellie Mental Health policy • Knowledge of and ability to apply crisis intervention techniques • Strong diagnostic skills • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Must be able to work autonomously.
