📋 Description

• Conduct initial assessments/intake interviews to assess clients' mental health diagnoses and needs. • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. • Provide individual, family, couples and/or group therapy sessions. • Utilize various Evidenced Based therapeutic modalities and interventions to help Client reach their therapeutic goals • Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to provide holistic care • Complete ongoing documentation and maintain accurate and confidential client records. • Participate in ongoing professional development and training. • Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines. • Attend weekly staff meetings and weekly 1:1s

🎯 Requirements

• MUST be licensed to practice in CA • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent – two years is a plus, but not required. • Being credentialed with insurance payors is a plus but not required. • Being able to bring clients with you is a big plus, but not required. • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. • Proven experience in mental health counseling or therapy completing treatment plans, diagnosing, and maintaining ongoing documentation • Appropriate boundaries with clients and colleagues and strong interpersonal and communication skills. • High cultural competence and ability to work with diverse client populations. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant) is a plus
