📋 Description

• Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process for clinical research opportunities. • Manage proposal timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely submission. • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Clinical teams, and subject matter experts to gather required proposal content. • Develop, edit, format, and assemble proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation. • Ensure proposal responses are accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements and company standards. • Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and standard response documents. • Coordinate internal proposal review meetings and track action items through completion. • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions into proposal documents. • Support responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). • Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, templates, and content efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role • Strong time management skills • Strong written English language skills • Proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to create compelling presentations that meet clients’ pain points to gain new business. • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical and medical device products. • Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals. • Knowledge of proposal management best practices is preferred. • Understanding of clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries is preferred.
