📋 Description

• Work as a Hybrid Case Manager on High-Skilled Immigration team supporting attorneys and case managers • Prepare legal briefs for EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visa matters • Perform HCM-specific tasks: editing, packaging, completing forms, document review • Substitute for Senior Case Managers and mentor new writers/case managers • Participate in training and perform other duties as assigned • All work must be performed within the United States

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a writing-intensive or STEM field • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines • Willingness and comfort in utilizing new technologies, legal research tools, and case management software • Thorough attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills • An ability to continually refine your strong rhetorical (persuasive) writing and editing skills • Analytical mindset with a rigorous approach to evaluating arguments and evidence • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating an ability to provide insightful, constructive feedback to team members where necessary • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace • Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
