• Support employers and their international employees in various occupational categories and/or industries within the automotive and engineering sector • Review and organize supporting information and documentation • Draft immigration petition and application forms and letters • Support Attorneys in the preparation of responses to Requests for Evidence • Log client-related information into the immigration case management system • Follow up with clients regarding case expiration dates and deadlines • Keep abreast of applicable filing requirements for submissions to USCIS

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the immigration field as a case manager or paralegal • Experience preparing employment-based non-immigrant petitions and applications • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy caseload efficiently • Ability to collaborate professionally and effectively with team members • Excellent communication and organizational skills • High level of attention to detail • Commitment to exceptional customer service and client-focused solutions • Strong cultural competence in working with international clients and diverse teams
