• Influencer management (pharmacy focus): Support and maintain our roster of influencers, consisting of pharmacy technicians (PTA), pharmaceutical-commercial assistants (PKA) and pharmacists, acting as their primary point of contact. • Planning & coordination (medical content): Organize talent assignments, manage client bookings in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, draft well-founded briefings and scripts, and coordinate scheduling. • Brand development (ELPATO brand): Actively support the launch and development of a new ELPATO brand and contribute ideas for authentic concepts. • Talent management (recruiting): Strategically expand our talent roster with relevant PTAs, PKAs and pharmacists, maintain relationships through networking, and support the onboarding and hiring process. • Content & concepts (pharmacy projects): Develop content and concepts for assignments and projects in collaboration with the brand teams. • Teamwork: Work closely with Sales and CRM to ensure smooth processes and successful project delivery.
• Initial experience in project or product management (preferably in media, agency or events environments) • Experience in influencer management • Strong organizational skills, a structured working style and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment working with talents and cross-functional teams • Hands-on mentality — you roll up your sleeves, think along and find solutions • Creativity and enthusiasm to contribute new ideas for brand building and talent management
