📋 Description

• Übernimmst AI-Projekte ab der Lead-Qualifizierung • Durchführung von Workshops, Schärfung von Anforderungen und Umsetzung in funktionierende, nachhaltige AI-Anwendungen • Beratung von Kunden auf Augenhöhe: Übersetzung von Use Cases in technische Umsetzung • Steuerung von Teams & Projekten: Verantwortung für Timings, Budgets und Abstimmungen mit Fokus auf Outcomes • Identifikation von Potenzialen für weitere AI-Agenten oder Integrationen (z. B. MES, ERP, Dokumentationen) gemeinsam mit Sales & Produktteam • Bindeglied zwischen Tech & Business: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, AI-Spezialist:innen und Freelancern • Proaktive Mitgestaltung und Richtung geben, nicht nur koordinieren

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Tech-Projekten: Als Consultant, Tech PM, PO oder vergleichbar • Beratung & Projektleitung im Tech-Umfeld: Erfahrung als IT-/Tech-Consultant, (Technical) Project Manager oder PO mit Kundenkontakt • AI- oder Industrie-Know-how: Grundkonzepte rund um LLMs, Automatisierung, Datenintegration und industrielle Abläufe • Kommunikationsstärke & Kundenorientierung • Eigenverantwortung & Struktur: Priorisierung und Sicherstellung, dass Teams liefern • Tech-Affinität & Schnittstellenverständnis: Verständnis für Systemarchitekturen, API-Konzepte und Datenflüsse • Nice to have: Erfahrung mit AI-Plattformen, LLM-Anwendungen oder Vibe Coding; Erfahrung mit Tools wie Cursor oder Windsurf
