📋 Description

• Run and support the live D365 F&O environment • Act as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams • Ensure ERP data is accurate, structured, and available to internal stakeholders • Maintain and improve integrations between D365, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements • Improve reporting consistency, data quality, and governance • Support business users and help develop internal capability • Document processes and establish scalable platform practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting and running a live D365 Finance & Operations environment • Strong understanding of D365 F&O data structures, integrations, and business processes • Experience integrating D365 data into Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Power BI • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision • Comfortable working within a small team and advising CIO-level leadership
