• Identify, contact, and pitch to local businesses across Lancashire • Sell advertising airtime, sponsorships, and digital media packages • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients • Create tailored advertising proposals to meet client objectives • Work closely with the production team to bring client campaigns to life • Hit monthly revenue goals (with plenty of earning potential)
🎯 Requirements
• Proven sales experience in media or radio sales • Great communication and relationship-building skills • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset • Knowledge of the Lancashire business community is an advantage • Passion for local media and a belief in its power to connect
