📋 Description

• Act as the senior SAP SD and Order-to-Cash expert within the SAP team • Support, enhance and optimise end-to-end OTC processes in SAP S/4HANA • Analyse existing business processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions • Provide expert guidance on complex SAP SD and OTC scenarios • Perform hands-on SAP SD configuration and customising • Lead SAP OTC initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, go-live and post-go-live support • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for standardisation or automation • Collaborate closely with SAP MM, LE and FI specialists to ensure seamless cross-module integration • Support the design and implementation of interfaces between SAP and surrounding systems • Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documentation and interface designs • Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution and business acceptance • Independently manage assigned workstreams and drive topics through to completion.

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of hands-on SAP SD consulting and configuration experience • Strong expertise across end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SD customising • Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD and the MM, LE and FI modules • Experience leading SAP initiatives across the complete implementation lifecycle • Strong requirements-gathering, process-design and functional-specification experience • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and develop practical, scalable solutions • Experience working independently in remote and international project environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Proactive, ownership-driven working style • Fluent written and spoken English. • Highly Desirable Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA • Previous experience within the retail, fashion or e-commerce industry • Basic ABAP knowledge • Ability to debug ABAP programs and investigate technical issues • Experience with high-volume sales, fulfilment and customer-order environments.
