📋 Description

• Publish, format, and update text, images, and multimedia content on the website • Upload and manage course materials, structures, and student resources within the Learning Management System (LMS) • Process recorded materials, including webinars and lectures, for publishing • Perform basic video editing, including trimming, text overlays, and simple transitions, for course materials and promotional content • Ensure published content is well-structured, error-free, and displays correctly across the website and LMS • Flag and troubleshoot formatting or display issues before content goes live • Collaborate with Marketing and Instructor teams to keep content accurate and on-brand • Take ownership of content publishing end-to-end across the website and LMS

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Content Manager, Content Administrator, or in a similar role is a plus • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, iMovie, or similar software) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Upper-Intermediate English level • Experience in the online education or EdTech industry is nice to have • Familiarity with audio/video processing tools beyond basic editing is nice to have • Experience maintaining or organizing large content libraries is nice to have • Basic understanding of web publishing or HTML formatting is nice to have
