📋 Description

• Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets. • Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, maintenance within a tenant. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues. • Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements. • Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps applications to support business processes. • Build and optimize Power Automate workflows for process automation and efficiency. • Develop and implement Power BI solutions for data visualization and reporting. • Create and manage automation scripts to streamline operations and enhance productivity. • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for Power Platform components and related integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Suite in a large corporate or government environment. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate/Flow). • Strong .NET development skills, including: C# Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. • Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts. • Knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem. • Experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration. • Ability to develop PowerApps models and customize SharePoint lists and disparate systems using PowerApps. • Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings. • Knowledge and experience with: Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, AI Builder. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences. • Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
