📋 Description

• Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts • Partner with executive sponsors, customer success, solution engineering, and product to deliver winning AI solutions. • Act as the strategic advisor to client leadership, helping define AI transformation roadmaps and business cases. • Work closely with the CEO, CRO, and broader leadership team to influence deal strategy and positioning on the most strategic opportunities globally • Bring consulting-grade thinking to structure engagements, solution narratives, and commercial approaches. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CDO, CXO) on AI-driven business transformation. • Collaborate with product, engineering, GTM, and delivery teams to align AI solutions with customer objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years+ overall, including time as a Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar. • Strong experience in consulting-led enterprise strategy and transformation engagements. • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles is essential. • Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows (LLMs a plus). • Proven track record advising C-suite clients and managing executive relationships. • Ability to design business cases, assess ROI, and translate strategy into actionable execution. • Exceptional storytelling, structured problem-solving, and presentation skills. • Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams in high-velocity environments.
