📋 Description

• Scale Ema’s LinkedIn from 30K → 100K+ with bold, creative storytelling and optimal RoAS • Maintain a consistent 4-week rolling calendar across social media, blogs, newsletter, and channels • Write or edit 1 blog per week, collaborating with engineers, design, and leadership • Work with design to repurpose whitepapers, blogs, interviews, videos into carousels, short videos, blogs, newsletters • Continuously experiment and improve channels and identify new distribution channels/formats (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) • Track performance and run creative experiments • Build and manage the senior leaders community: Agents of Change by Ema • Grow and engage private LinkedIn group to 500+ members in 6 months • Deliver high-value content, polls, curated insights, and conduct user research informing thought leadership • Cultivate relationships with Ema’s ICP (enterprise execs, CAIOs, operators) • Help convert community into business pipeline with Product Marketing & Sales • Support launch of CAIO Academy / AgentSchool and manage ABT microsite • Assist with hosting roundtables, community sessions, hackathons, and events • Continuously measure and track key success metrics (reach, engagement, pipeline)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Tech social media, community, or marketing roles • Past experience in AI strongly preferred • Writing/editing skills across formats and subject matter (business/tech writing) • Ability to turn blogs or videos into multiple high-performing social/LinkedIn assets • Deep knowledge of social media trends and formats (carousels, threads, short videos, event clips) • Understanding of enterprise executives/operators and how to drive engagement • Comfortable working fast, independently, and thriving in ambiguity • Portfolio or samples of work (LinkedIn posts, carousels, videos, blogs, etc.)
