📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Work on building and testing AI‑powered prototypes for different software products. • Build full‑stack AI prototypes from start to finish and create working features that connect AI models with existing systems. • Choose the best AI/ML approach for each project (LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, recommendation systems) and use tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex. • Prepare and clean datasets, including labeling, PII removal, and creating synthetic data; measure and track accuracy, cost, and speed. • Design and build secure APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and implement streaming and real‑time data handling with error recovery. • Package and deploy prototypes on Azure (preferred) or AWS using Docker and IaC; set up CI/CD and manage secrets. • Set up and maintain ML Ops workflows for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring for performance, bias, and compliance. • Apply secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, API protection; maintain audit logs and least-privilege access. • Turn successful prototypes into reusable templates, write documentation and setup guides, and collaborate across product, business, and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software development, including at least 3 years building APIs and backend services in .NET/C#. • Experience with React + TypeScript (or Angular) for frontend development. • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and vector databases for AI search. • Experience designing and using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs with good error handling. • Experience deploying to Azure or AWS, working with containers, and setting up CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of API authentication, authorization, and secure configuration. • Exposure to Python for AI/ML development is preferred. • Ability to learn and apply new AI/ML tools quickly (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs, etc.). • Passion for solving problems and adaptability. • Able to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
