📋 Description

• Check equipment at the facility daily to make sure the equipment is running and in good working order • Make repairs if necessary. This includes electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment • Completes general building repairs, including repair and painting of walls, doors, floors, etc • Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves or drains and toilets • Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles, and grid throughout the buildings and offices • Maintains building lighting, parking lot lighting, lighting contractors, emergency lights/exit lights, and 120 volt outlets • Maintain all equipment and inventory of product

🎯 Requirements

• Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) HS Diploma or GED • 4 – 6 years related experience • Must possess a valid driver license • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
