• Provide general IT support to ECS and local IT support groups • Troubleshoot Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical issues • Liaison with local IT teams as necessary • Manage Active Directory and Group Policy • Deliver end user help desk support • Participate in acquisition activity
• Previous experience working in an IT Support position • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Users, Groups, ACLs, and Policies • General understanding of networking concepts • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
