• Perform detailed on-site surveys and auditing of client sites including K-12 schools, Higher Ed, Federal, Corrections, Healthcare and Others • Accurately document existing conditions in predetermined software • Develop a scope of work and perform energy calculations for existing and proposed conditions • Manage projects from concept through to completion • Identify and solve complex mechanical problems • Keep multiple projects organized and accurate during various stages of development
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science • Prior work in the Construction or Energy Services industry is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel and Word • General knowledge in auditing: Domestic water, Process Water, Steam, Building Envelope, HVAC Armor, Demand Control Ventilation, Others • A strong understanding of engineering principles • The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret energy consumption data • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Meticulous approach to work • Understanding of financial metrics like return on investment (ROI), payback period, and life cycle cost analysis
