📋 Description

• Develop, conduct, and complete early-phase clinical research projects • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Manage client communications, project finances, budgets, scope, forecasts, and invoicing • Ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, budgets, GCP standards, regulatory requirements, and SOPs • Mentor and coach junior project management staff or Clinical Delivery Leads • Develop project plans and project management documentation • Coordinate feasibility planning, site selection, vendor selection, and site setup • Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, staffing, and timelines • Coordinate project administration, study management committee meetings, newsletters, and stakeholder reporting • Drive teams and vendors to deliver clean, accurate, verifiable data • Review and sign off monitoring visit reports • Ensure patient safety reporting and adverse event reporting comply with regulations • Manage study start-up, ethics and regulatory submissions, investigator meetings, monitoring plans, and trial management systems • Coordinate study close-out visits, clinical supply reconciliation, and final document archiving • Ensure data quality, completeness, query resolution, and compliance with protocol, SOPs, regulations, and ICH-GCP • Analyze financial reports, maintain forecasts and gross margins, and manage scope changes and billing • Maintain relationships with sponsors, hospitals, investigators, professional societies, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Participate in or lead bid defense presentations • Ensure project quality management, audit and inspection readiness, file review compliance, and quality control

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or related field • Previous experience working on clinical projects within an academic, CRO, or pharmaceutical company environment • Approximately seven (7) years of industry experience recommended, with 1–2 years of Project Management experience • Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory • Prior CRA experience preferred, or site management, trial coordination, or relevant industry experience required • Experience managing early-phase and healthy volunteer studies is a plus, not mandatory • Experience managing single or different regions, different therapeutic indications, full-service studies, and early-phase clinical trials • Excellent working knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable regulations and guidelines • Previous exposure to client-facing interactions and/or client management • Project finance management experience • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and team leadership skills • Ability to lead virtual teams in a cross-cultural environment and deal with conflict • Must be able to work APAC hours
