⢠Handling and evaluating content requests from internal teams: marketing, local offices, Supply; ⢠Defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders; ⢠Creating briefs for copywriters, designers, and external vendors; sourcing talent when needed; ⢠Contributing to content strategy and creative ideation; ⢠Managing content projects end-to-end: timelines, quality, brand alignment; ⢠Coordinating workflows: task distribution and team workload management; ⢠Reviewing and approving materials; providing constructive feedback; ⢠Communicating with all project stakeholders: marketing, production, vendors; ⢠Delivering final content to relevant publishing channels; ⢠Analyzing content performance with analytics teams; applying insights for improvement; ⢠Optimizing content team processes and tools.
⢠3+ years of experience in content marketing or content project management; ⢠Knowledge of content marketing principles, localization, and working with target audiences; ⢠Completed projects include: marketing and product landing pages, gamification, white papers, checklists, reports, and articles; ⢠Experience working with contractors and agencies to execute content projects; ⢠Proficient in project management tools; ⢠Experience with performance metrics and web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica); ⢠Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear content briefs; ⢠Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, design, analytics, and external vendors; ⢠English C1.
