📋 Description

• Ensure the Altbook feature runs smoothly and performs well. • Monitor booking success rates. • Identify supplier issues. • Work with suppliers to resolve technical problems and restore access when needed. • Support client integrations and help resolve technical issues. • Communicate with vendors to investigate and resolve integration-related issues. • Create and manage technical tasks for developers. • Write and maintain technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with logs and troubleshooting technical issues. • Experience working with monitoring systems. • Understanding of API principles and how APIs work. • Experience using Postman. • Ability to read and write technical documentation. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with English-speaking vendors, both verbally and in writing. • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently with English-speaking vendors both verbally and in writing. • Experience in technical support within the travel tech industry (nice to have).
