📋 Description

• Configure and maintain the integration environment • Analyze clients' requirements and provide API integration consulting • Troubleshoot, monitor, and analyze systems • Prevent issues, provide reliability, and improve performance • Communicate vendor requirements to the development team • Work closely with clients and the development team to translate business needs into technical solutions • Support seamless data exchange and high system performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of network technologies, concepts and generally how the modern Internet works • Good understanding of API communication • Experience with logging and error monitoring systems • Ability to read log files or error traces • Knowledge of SQL basics • Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Upper-Intermediate English and Russian • Ability to work both independently and in a team • Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist is nice to have • Field-specific education is nice to have
