📋 Description

• Research suppliers, including direct-contract accommodation providers, hotel chains, and third-party providers, and propose strategic, product, and process improvements to optimize platform performance. • Develop and automate accommodation portfolio reporting for multiple teams, from SQL query templates to auto-refreshing data marts and executive dashboards for C-level stakeholders. • Analyze internal and external data to improve the hotel offering and participate in Product Discovery for the Extranet hotel-partner portal. • Design and continuously improve analytical algorithms, including prioritization, segmentation, and predictive models, to guide the Business Development team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst. • Strong proficiency in SQL, including a solid understanding of query optimization techniques. • Confident knowledge of Python and a good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand business processes and formulate key hypotheses for investigation. • Solid understanding of statistics and hands-on experience applying statistical methods for hypothesis testing, research, and evaluating confidence levels and generalizability of results. • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly way using effective data visualizations. • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
