📋 Description

• Perform start-up, commissioning, fault analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities for measurement and analyzer systems, including planning, execution, and customer reporting • Provide advanced technical support to customers to ensure reliable operation and maintenance of installed equipment • Conduct site surveys, site walk-downs, and installed-base assessments to identify upgrade, service, and consulting opportunities • Execute field modifications and upgrades independently or in collaboration with project leadership • Deliver technical training and support during escalated service matters, particularly related to measurement products • Plan and execute Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and Annual Maintenance Contracts according to contractual scope and terms • Build and maintain customer relationships to support long-term partnerships and aftermarket service growth • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and take actions to meet or exceed service KPIs and execution standards • Identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities and support implementation • Apply Emerson business processes, tools, health, safety, and environmental standards • Adhere to organizational Health, Safety & Environment policies

🎯 Requirements

• A qualification in an engineering discipline such as instrumentation, electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Hands-on experience supporting field service, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support activities in an industrial environment • Ability to work independently at customer sites while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical work practices • Proficiency in written and spoken English • Preferred: Experience supporting process control, measurement, or analyzer systems in industrial or energy environments • Preferred: Exposure to commissioning and start-up of flow meters, analyzers, or custody transfer systems • Preferred: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple service activities effectively • Preferred: Experience working directly with customers in field-based or service-oriented roles • Preferred: Ability to contribute to service improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
