• Managing Order Inflow and Revenue for Projects and Solutions Business • Excellent Customer Connect with Large EPC, Consultant and End User Customer Base both at Decision Making Leadership Level and Specs Generating Working Level for segments like Renewables, Infrastructure, Factory Automation Industries • To undertake exhaustive customer connect activities for Demand Creation, Lead Generation, Specifications Implanting and Customer Preference Creation • Critical understanding of the relevant competitor offerings portfolio and key sales region specific competitor strategies • Responsible for complete Discrete Automation Projects and Solutions Customer Base Management • Achieve Linearity in Solutions Sales so as to ensure smooth revenue and AR PD Management • Undertaken Planned Customer Connect Activities on a regular with efficient CRM initiatives • Ensure and Maintain Good interpersonal relationship within the BU and also with other BU stakeholders to ensure an amicable and cohesive sales growth environment
• Minimum 10-12 years of proven experience in Automation and Projects & Solutions Sales of Major Industrial Automation Brands • Knowledge & Overall understanding of Process and Discrete Industry (Factory Automation) Outlook in India • Expertise in Automation, PLC, and SCADA • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Automation Engineering or any related field • Proficient in MS Office Suites such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
