📋 Description

• Provide on-site support and consulting to customers, particularly for complex applications. • Act as a reliable point of contact for customers. • Develop tailored optimizations for customer applications together with the technical inside sales team. • Take technical, commercial, and process-related requirements into account. • Conduct negotiations and close contracts within the assigned sales territory. • Manage existing customers systematically while acquiring new and target customers. • Further develop solution selling across business divisions, particularly for motion control solutions from the Emerson Automation Solutions portfolio. • Monitor the market and competition and analyze and prepare relevant information. • Represent the company at trade shows and sales events.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field—ideally industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline. • Several years of experience in technical field sales. • Ability to build and successfully develop long-term customer relationships. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a practical, accessible way. • Very good German and good English language skills. • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is an advantage. • Knowledge of pneumatics, fluid technology, or drive technology is preferred. • High levels of self-motivation, determination, and integrity.
