📋 Description

• Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches. • Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments. • Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions. • Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations. • Mentor Associates and Associate Directors. • Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution. • Manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, particularly in HR leadership roles. • Proven ability to manage complex searches and a strong understanding of the HR function. • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills in candidate evaluations. • Strong research and market mapping skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to mentor junior team members. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a remote environment. • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and execution.
