📋 Description

• Own end-to-end solution design for finance-related processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Recommend best practices and maximize use of standard ERP functionality • Execute workshops and in-depth analysis sessions with Business Consultants • Challenge proposals to keep solutions simple and close to Microsoft Dynamics standards • Direct configuration of ERP finance modules • Coordinate developers, functional consultants, and implementation partners through delivery • Establish governance for configuration management, environments, sandbox strategy, testing, and release management • Document, obtain sign-off for, and maintain traceability of design decisions • Lead, coach, and develop the Functional Managers team • Mentor team members on best practices and emerging technologies • Monitor D365 FSCM and Business Central releases and new capabilities • Support version upgrade cycles and shape the long-term ERP roadmap • Drive continuous improvement, simplification, standardization, and automation • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to build scalable ERP finance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management • Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Tax, and financial reporting • Several full lifecycle FSCM and/or BC implementations, migrations, or major rollouts across multiple markets and industries • Experience leading Functional Managers or senior consultants • Solid end-to-end understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash • Ability to translate finance needs into technology solutions and write solution design documents • Experience with agile methods in enterprise environments • Experience with Business Central alongside FSCM is a plus • Exposure to FSCM and/or BC ISV solutions • Familiarity with AI/ML and Copilot capabilities in the Microsoft stack • Hands-on experience with APIs, integration patterns, and data flows between D365 and other systems • Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance, such as MB-310 or MB-700, are a plus • Must be based in Portugal or Germany
