📋 Description

• Design, implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, secure and automated deliveries. • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructures (primarily AWS), ensuring scalability, security and high availability. • Work closely with development teams to optimize build, release and monitoring processes. • Implement and maintain observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing and alerts) to ensure visibility and rapid incident response. • Automate operational tasks and promote an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) culture. • Participate actively in critical incidents, focusing on efficient resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement. • Support the standardization and dissemination of DevOps and SRE practices across the organization. • Ensure compliance with security, reliability and governance standards throughout the infrastructure lifecycle. • Structure and organize solutions for complex problems with an analytical mindset and process focus. • Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility in managing production and test environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD and infrastructure automation. • Strong knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) and other cloud providers (GCP, Azure). • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. • Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms. • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Knowledge of observability, SRE and monitoring of production systems. • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation. • Good communication and collaboration skills with engineering, product and security teams. • Ability to work under pressure, with critical thinking and process-oriented mindset. • Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility for the environment. • Desired certification: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Solutions Architect. • Experience in complex, distributed environments (microservices, high volume, integrations). • Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization. • Participation in war rooms, incident response and continuous improvement plans. • History of contributions to technical communities, open source projects or engineering guilds. • Experience in infrastructure projects that improve efficiency by applying tools and strategies using Artificial Intelligence.
