📋 Description

• Independently manage the entire lifecycle of sales contracts, performing critical analysis of documents such as commercial proposals, contracts, tender documents, pricing spreadsheets, and all documentation related to contractual negotiations. Handle renewals and contract adjustments, as well as data analysis, billing, and contract terminations. • Interface with stakeholders directly involved in the process, such as Commercial Management, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and timeline adherence. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and minimize potential issues; prepare reports and contract performance indicators, monitoring relevant KPIs to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Monitor contractual deadlines and execute processes to ensure compliance. • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on contract terms and progress. • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining organization and task prioritization. • Ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual terms and extract relevant information for operations. • Attention to detail to ensure contracts are executed as stipulated and without omissions. • Proficiency with contract and billing management systems and tools (for example: SAP CLM, Ariba, Totvs). • Generate, review, and process invoices accurately and within established deadlines; perform detailed analyses of billing data to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. • Address, monitor, and resolve customer billing issues, providing support and clarifications; ensure all billing processes comply with tax regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields • Contract lifecycle management (CLM) • Billing / Invoicing • Data analysis (extraction, manipulation) • Intermediate Excel • Soft skills: • Ability to anticipate problems and act preventively to avoid contractual complications • Ability to handle adverse and high-pressure situations, remaining calm and making effective decisions • Commitment to professional ethics, ensuring transparency and compliance with legal and moral standards • Ability to collaborate with other departments and professionals, promoting integrated and efficient contract management • Focus on achieving established objectives, ensuring contracts deliver value and benefits to the company • Teamwork • Assertive communication and active listening
