📋 Description

• IT governance (ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, PMBOK, BSC) • Incident management tools and applications, primarily ServiceNow • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • Worms and other malware, security applications • Basic knowledge of protection and security and of viruses (antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware) • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, SharePoint, cloud data (OneDrive), and Teams within Microsoft Office environments • Support knowledge/training.

🎯 Requirements

• Spanish and English — Advanced • IT governance (ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, PMBOK, BSC) • Minimum ITIL (e.g., ITIL Foundation) • Incident management tools and applications, primarily ServiceNow • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • Basic knowledge of protection and security and concepts of viruses (antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware) • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, SharePoint, cloud data (OneDrive), and Teams within Microsoft Office environments • Support knowledge/training.
