📋 Description

• Provide proactive and reactive technical support to users in Windows and Linux environments • Monitor and manage incidents using IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow • Apply IT governance best practices based on ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, PMBOK and BSC • Ensure information security, including knowledge of protection against viruses, malware, worms, antivirus, firewalls and anti-spyware • Create and maintain incident records, performance reports and documentation in SharePoint, OneDrive and other Microsoft Office tools • Support solutions offered by the provider in accordance with the contract scope • Assist in implementing training and support best practices for the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields • Experience in technical support with a focus on IT governance • Solid knowledge of ITIL (minimum), COBIT, CMMI and PMBOK • Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools • Knowledge of Windows and Linux, security applications and data protection concepts • Proficiency in editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations in the Microsoft Office suite • Advanced/Fluent English • Advanced/Fluent Spanish
