📋 Description

• Identify and translate business needs into requirements and user stories • Manage, organize, and prioritize the product backlog • Prepare stories for sprint execution and validate completed deliverables • Facilitate communication among business units, clients, and technical teams • Propose IT solutions aligned with user needs and business objectives • Track metrics and performance indicators to support continuous product improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and agile metrics tracking • Experience working with legacy systems and software development practices • Knowledge of BDD, requirements analysis, and prototyping • Knowledge of software architecture, particularly MVC • Experience gathering and mapping business needs, defining requirements, and writing user stories • Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs, defining MVPs, and validating deliverables • Ability to lead workshops and apply Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design • Bachelor’s degree completed • Knowledge of change management, software architecture, and DevOps • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Storage and PowerDesigner • Certifications in Product Ownership, Agile methodologies, Business Analysis, or UX are desirable (CSPO, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or UX-PM)
