📋 Description
• Provide operational support for the SAP PM module, including handling incidents and change requests. • Perform configurations (customizing) in the PM module and related integrations. • Map and optimize maintenance processes in collaboration with business areas. • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions. • Conduct tests (unit, integration, and acceptance) and support the key-user team. • Participate in SAP implementation projects, migrations, and rollouts, ensuring compliance with maintenance requirements. • Support training and enablement activities for end users. • Work together with teams from other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, FI, CO) to ensure consistent integration.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an SAP PM Analyst. • Strong knowledge of core processes in the PM module; experience with support and continuous improvements in a production environment. • Functional analysis skills and the ability to understand business needs. • Experience preparing functional specifications for ABAP development. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Knowledge of integrations with MM, PP, QM, and CO. • Comfortable working with remote teams; strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset; organized and able to manage priorities; good communication with technical and operational areas.
