âą Monitor and control managerial obligations and commitments âą Plan and coordinate the execution and follow-up of management review meetings âą Participate in internal meetings and briefings âą Coordinate with PETROBRAS HR on actions related to personnel movements âą Draft formal documents using corporate tools âą Consolidate and maintain records in PETROBRAS tools and systems âą Manage process and deadline controls âą Plan the periodic issuance of performance bulletins âą Support the management of documented procedures âą Support the management of idea and improvement programs âą Support annual budget planning and monitoring âą Populate, consolidate, and monitor cost management systems âą Participate in the preparation of work and development plans âą Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects' physical and financial resources âą Support control and monitoring of fixed assets âą Develop and provide support for Power BI dashboards âą Support the preparation of documents in English âą Support procurement activities for goods and services âą Other ancillary activities related to the position

âą Professional experience in activities related to HSE management for the oil & gas industry and project management âą Bachelor's degree with a duly registered diploma
