📋 Description

• Plan and execute change projects, from mapping organizational impacts through to project sustainment. • Create and implement plans/solutions to address mitigation needs, including communication and enablement activities to develop technical and behavioral competencies. • Lead the upskilling of content authors for the creation of online courses and prepare instructors to deliver in-person training. • Prepare evaluation reports on participant reactions, collect leader feedback and performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement of participants' professional performance and supporting individual and team growth. • Manage complexities and promote innovation. • Training and enablement: develop materials and conduct training sessions for affected teams. • Adoption monitoring: track adoption metrics and recommend corrective actions. • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management plans for strategic projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives in strategic projects. • Experience planning and executing communication and enablement activities for transformation efforts. • Experience mapping organizational impacts and developing mitigation plans. • Experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences. • Experience preparing content authors and instructors for learning initiatives. • Experience monitoring adoption indicators, conducting reaction assessments, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. • Experience interacting with multiple areas and hierarchical levels to support change management and team engagement. • Organizational Change Management expertise. • Planning and executing communication strategies for change. • Designing and facilitating training and enablement activities.
