📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and optimize stored procedures used in analytical processes and data integrations for BI systems. • Create high-performance SQL queries to support reports, KPIs and management dashboards. • Implement and maintain ETL processes and data loading routines. • Collaborate with BI and business teams to understand requirements and provide data to support decision-making, analyzing scenarios and proposing technical solutions. • Analyze and fix issues related to query and database process performance. • Ensure quality, integrity and consistency of information made available in analytical environments. • Support evolution, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of database routines related to the BI environment.

🎯 Requirements

• UNIVERSITY DEGREE — COMPLETED • SQL Server: Strong experience in administration and development on the Microsoft SQL Server platform and use of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). • Advanced T-SQL: Proficiency in developing and optimizing complex queries, including data manipulation with SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE. • Stored Procedures and Functions: Experience developing, maintaining and optimizing stored procedures, scalar and table-valued functions for analytical processes and data integration. • Data Modeling: Knowledge of dimensional modeling for BI and Data Warehouse environments, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema. • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Experience with extraction, transformation and loading processes, ensuring data integrity, performance and reliability. • Data and File Handling: Experience with importing, exporting and processing CSV, XLS, TXT and other file formats used in data integrations. • Performance and Tuning: Knowledge of database performance optimization, including execution plan analysis, index creation, partitioning and query tuning. • Business Intelligence (BI): Conceptual knowledge of BI architectures, dashboards and analytical processes. • Versioning and Best Practices: Experience with technical documentation, code standardization and SQL development best practices. • Interface with Business and BI: Ability to work with users and BI teams to gather requirements, understand analytical needs and provide data to support decision-making. • Communication and Solution Proposals: Good interpersonal communication, ease interacting with users and ability to analyze scenarios and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs. • Consultative and Analytical Profile: Proactive in identifying improvements in processes, data structures and BI routines, ensuring quality and efficiency of the information provided.
