📋 Description
• Specialist in Portfolio Management (VMO) • Manage projects and initiatives in the safety strategy area • Monitor strategic initiatives and high-complexity projects • Manage results and indicators for strategic projects and initiatives • Manage risks and bottlenecks and provide visibility to senior leadership • Negotiate with business stakeholders • Manage stakeholders across different fronts and multidisciplinary teams
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience in activities related to Portfolio/VMO/PO/Projects or Business Agility • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (degree/diploma duly registered) • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification or Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) certification or official SAFe® certification • Knowledge of project, portfolio and agility management methodologies • Certification in agile or project management methodologies • Tools for facilitating agile coordination and managing results • Process mapping and flowcharting tools • Advanced MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
