📋 Description

• Develop, test and deploy business process automations. • Prepare technical documentation following internal standards. • Provide technical support to the squad for troubleshooting and improvements. • Contribute to the definition of automation architectures considering best practices and available technologies. • Use DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus) for CI/CD. • Ensure application of development and architecture best practices across all bots. • Code modules, services and unit tests following established standards. • Execute unit and integration tests, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria. • Analyze and fix defects/bugs, recording and tracking them in management tools (e.g., Jira). • Support maintenance of systems, applications and technology components related to automations. • Create action plans for defects found in UAT, suggesting architectural improvements. • Deliver test evidence and validations according to the project schedule. • Produce documentation and specifications that add business value. • Work in accordance with adopted methodologies, metrics and processes. • Serve in a mentorship and technical leadership role, guiding the team and contributing to strategic project decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in RPA development, especially using .NET (C#) and Blue Prism. • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs. • Excellent knowledge of SQL (schema design and queries). • Experience with OCR. • Proficiency in at least one widely used language such as Java, in addition to .NET frameworks. • Ability to analyze processes and a deep understanding of business rules to identify automation opportunities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
