📋 Description
• Support and manage our existing partners and company-owned shops • Shape the future of e-mobility • Optimize workshop workflows and processes as well as the advisory services we provide to our franchise partners • Support partners through training and analyses to ensure workshop quality • Assist with the implementation of new locations • Help partners develop new workshop processes • Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals and online learning courses
🎯 Requirements
• Master technician (Meister) qualification in two-wheeler mechatronics or as a two-wheeler mechanic • Career changers welcome (e.g., (automotive) mechanic or (automotive) mechatronics technician with experience as a bicycle mechanic/assembler) • Experience in assortment planning/product range management • Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of self-motivation • Willingness to travel approx. 60% • Enjoy building and maintaining partner relationships • High degree of independence, sense of responsibility and service orientation
