📋 Description
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments • Design and implement a comprehensive ERM framework • Analyze incident and risk data to identify trends • Partner with executive leadership, legal, finance, and clinical teams • Develop and deliver clear, actionable risk reporting for senior leaders
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of risk management experience • 5+ years in healthcare environments • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree or professional certification (CPHRM, CRM, CERA, etc.) preferred • Demonstrated experience building or leading ERM frameworks in complex organizations • Strong analytical skills • Ability to translate complex risk data into clear insights and executive-level reporting
