📋 Description

• Prospectar nuevos clientes mediante contacto en frío (outbound) • Gestionar pipeline comercial y oportunidades de negocio • Presentar soluciones de software y servicios de RRHH • Liderar reuniones comerciales y cierre de ventas • Cumplir metas mensuales y KPIs comerciales • Realizar seguimiento activo a leads y clientes potenciales

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas B2B de servicios • Deseable experiencia en: Venta de software o soluciones SaaS (HRTech idealmente) • Empresas tecnológicas o fintech • Experiencia en ciclo completo de ventas (prospección + cierre) • Alta autonomía y orientación a resultados • Habilidades de comunicación y negociación
