📋 Description

• Lead adhesives procurement category responsibilities for NA & EM Segment stakeholders • Develop and modify strategies through the strategic sourcing process • Lead negotiations or drive RFx processes for selecting suppliers • Negotiate commercial terms for supplier relationship management • Provide risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and price trends • Build partnerships with strategic suppliers for innovation and value creation opportunities • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex supply issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, supply chain or related discipline • 5 + years’ experience in Procurement or other supply chain related function • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) • Cross functional collaboration and influencing • Project management, analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in heavily matrixed organization • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
