• Proactively conduct diagnostic analysis of the digital shelf and provide recommendations thru an omnichannel lens • Drive "One Search" (Organic + Paid) with responsibility to optimize organic/owned search footprint • Analyze key business metrics/data to inform recommendations driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention • Provide insights around algorithmic trends + site taxonomy • Collaborate with field sales in implementation of KCNA Digital Commerce Strategies • Recommend and drive test + learn within the Digital Commerce marketing space • Deliver against all KCNA milestones tied to Annual Operating plans, Business Plan Reviews, Customer Engagement Meetings, and Key Customer Meetings
• Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, and/or Omnichannel in relevant areas such as CPG, Retail, or Management Consulting • Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company • Strong analytical skills leveraging data to drive decision-making • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) • High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to lead + manage multiple projects – prioritization and planning • 25% Travel
