• As our ANZ Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be working with the AU Marketing team and will be instrumental in leading our paid social and content syndication strategy in the ANZ market. • Taking full ownership of planning, launching, and optimising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other paid social channels. • Driving high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline. • Owning campaign budgets, pacing, and performance, ensuring spend efficiency and achievement of KPIs. • Continuously testing new ad formats, targeting strategies, and ad placements or bid strategies to scale performance. • Managing content syndication campaigns and partnerships end-to-end, from launch to lead delivery and troubleshooting data quality issues. • Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets, lodge briefs, and provide clear feedback. • Partnering with the content team to align paid media campaigns with the content roadmap. • Collaborating with Marketing Operations to troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and data flow issues. • Analysing campaign performance and delivering actionable insights on lead quality, CPL, and pipeline contribution. • Partnering with Sales to address lead quality concerns and improve pipeline outcomes. • Acting as the go-to owner for paid social and content syndication, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
• 4-6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social. • Proven track record managing campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. • Experience with content syndication for B2B lead generation is preferred. • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and optimisation across digital channels. • Confident using platform ad managers (Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads Manager) and analytics tools. • Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action. • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is preferred, but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally. • Highly collaborative with a problem-solving mindset
