📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive, financial plans that drive measurable outcomes for participants within Empower’s dedicated service model • Lead proactive, needs-based conversations to uncover client goals and position appropriate Empower products and services that support their objectives • Provide education and actionable guidance on topics such as managed accounts (My Total Retirement), rollovers, investment allocations, savings strategies, HSAs, and retirement income planning • Act as an Investment Adviser Representative for Empower Advisory Group, offering tailored investment recommendations and leveraging Empower’s managed account platform • Document interactions accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and other internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience (MBA preferred) • Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation required • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or the 401(k) industry • At least 2 years of direct financial planning experience
